Commencing in 2005, P2R has helped many people and businesses to use change to achieve their goals. P2R people are just like you – individuals with unlimited potential and a strong desire to make the most of their lives.
Making Change Easy
As the founder of P2R, I have personally experienced 4 sea/tree changes and 9 different jobs across more than 15 industries. As an organizational change management consultant in the corporate world, I started to wonder why people struggle so much with change. No matter where I worked, I noticed that professional and personal change brings with it uncertainty, fear and frustration. It often severely limits and brings the worst in people.
Determined to develop the skills and knowledge to help make it easier for my clients to make the most of and adapt easily to change, I undertook extensive coach training, escaped the corporate rat race and started P2R.
Since then, P2R has successfully helped many people to create the future they want by taking what’s possible and making it real. Our mission is to “push the limits, break the shackles and blow open the opportunities that create outstanding and sustainable success.”
At P2R, work doesn’t feel like work and I enjoy the rare privilege of loving what I do. When you achieve the kind of lifestyle you want, you’ll feel that way too. My goal is to help you achieve this easily and successfully through your very own sea or tree change.
